Privately situated within the grounds of our wooded paddock, this unique detached wooden lodge has been
tastefully and thoughtfully appointed to offer a quality self catering experience. Accommodating 3 people
comfortably, the lodge is ideal for either couples or a small family group with a child over 5 years old and
is conveniently designed all on ground floor level.
Ground Floor: Enter lodge into hallway area with coat hooks and storage cupboard. This leads on to a modern, well designed and fully equipped kitchen. A spacious lounge / dining area offers quality furnishings and fittings and has views from all of it’s 3 large windows across fields and woodland creating a light airy space to enjoy relaxing in. One double bedroom and one single bedroom both with built in wardrobes. Immaculate modern shower room with large walk in shower, wc, basin and storage with shaver point.
Facilities: Electric single oven and separate ceramic hob. Microwave, fridge (incorporating small freezer), kettle, toaster. Laundry facilities available. Bed linen provided. Towels available to hire at £5.00 per person per pack. 55” smart TV and Sonos sound system in lounge. Smart TV’s in both bedrooms. Full oil fired central heating and electricity included in rent. Monoxide and smoke alarm. Free Wi-Fi access available. Private sunny garden with open views across sheep fields and woodland. Garden furniture. Secure storage for bikes.
